This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During product launches, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India through our logistics partners.

If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and process a full refund for any prepaid order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Formula Men may offer free shipping on eligible orders as part of promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery

Our courier partners generally deliver between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on the delivery location.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to us.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Formula Men shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Delayed Delivery

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier network issues

Formula Men shall not be liable for delays arising from such events.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Refusing delivery where possible, or

  • Recording the issue with the delivery personnel before accepting the package.

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the package and product so we can assist you.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only to locations within India that are serviceable by our logistics partners.

International shipping is not available at this time unless expressly stated on our website.
